Continuing Saiyan Heritage week, we finally introduce the Saiyan Lord himself, King Vegeta!
As you can see, by himself he’s not much of an issue but if he gathers his loyal subjects around then he can become quite the royal pain. Aside from working with the newest Vegeta virtual card, the King has a special synergy with another deck: Cell Jr.! He’s like a Cell Jr.’s Flight all by himself!
A few things about him: King Vegeta is a hard villain, not a Rogue Personality like his son. He may have eventually stood up to Frieza, but the guy was also in charge of a violent race of people that habitually conquered worlds by killing the local populations. On at least one occasion, he ordered a days old infant to be stabbed to death! He’s no hero!
The other thing, is that since he is a new character, we are officially adding him to the list of personalities with Saiyan Heritage for Retro DBZ CCG events. It seems obvious, I know, but we wanted (and needed) to clarify that the King of Saiyans is indeed a Saiyan himself.
