We’ve given Saiyan some beefy new reasons to be considered for an ally deck with new personalities for Cell, Vegeta and King Vegeta. However the Saiyan style itself has very few cards that make it welcoming for ally decks. We hope to change that up a bit with this card.
This Dragon Ball themed card helps you lower your stages to get to your precious allies a bit easier. Not only that, it’s quite a boon for decks that use the MBS Saiyan Style Mastery or Broly. A bit of endurance and not being removed from the game after use is just icing on the cake. I’ve added it to my MBS Saiyan Kid Trunks deck that you may have seen on the stream.

Not really a fan of this card. I have checked everyday to see if there was a new card and havhave loved every card, because it brought something fun and new to the game. But this seems way too generic, I was enjoying the new strategies with the cards shown before…
Cards that stay on the table to be used multiple times and dont get removed seem like your asking for crazy combos. It doesnt seem to fit without having any real restriction. Im afraid it can be broken with certain builds.
love this card, its pretty much what i was wanting for the mbs mastery.
I personally really like this card. Its nice to see a good energy that doesnt remove from the game other then Energy Bullet. And to the complaints. Why is it so broken, its not like Saiyan is vastly known to be regenative powerhouse styles. Theres certain drills or powers that could pick it back up but it also doesn’t do a lot of damage. It can combo nicely but broken? Really?
I didnt say it “was broken” I said im afraid it can “become” broken. At first glance I cant name a combo, I feel some one will find one though.
the only card that could make the Blue Mastery TS playable would be a card that read: “If you are using the Blue Mastery TS, you win the game” because it won’t win any other way.
The card will work in any Blue deck, but I think will work best (if you’re gonna theme a deck around it) with the TS Mastery.
Ya its not broken. If it was a namekian card it would be. But saiyan. Its a much needed card for saiyan energy beatdown.
I don’t think this card is broken at all. At first glance, it seems only viable in Saiyan Ally decks because the power of this card doesn’t come from the damage, it’s in the ability to drop your power stages 6 levels with one card, which is difficult to maintain when Saiyans have huge PURs and jump personality levels easily. It’s a solid card that improves the weak archetype.
most saiyan decks I play against use goku senesi and level very fast, if you level almost 2 twice a combat why is 6 power stages hard to afford? I never said its broken, but I am afraid it will be abused.
This card isn’t too bad with Broly lvl 1 from Buu saga, gaining a possible three anger from card is pretty awesome. Think I’ll give this a try out and see how it goes.
with cell’s arena you can go from full to 1 above and do 15 life with this alone. awww yeahhhh

How does this card work with Saiyan Push? Will you get to repeat the secondary effects 3 times?

Endurance 2. Stops an energy attack. The next energy attack you perform this Combat gains all the secondary effect text of the attack you just stopped. Remove from the game after use.
You would copy the secondary which is you get to perform your next energy attack 2 more times.

No. This card staying on the table 2 extra times isn’t copying the first attack 3 times. The first attack will have the properties, that’s all.
DBM is right – if you stop Saiyan Steady Stream with Saiyan Push and then your next attack is Saiyan Steady Stream, your Saiyan Steady Stream basically says:
Endurance 2. Energy attack doing 3 life cards of damage. If you declared a Tokui-Waza, this attack stays on the table to be used 2 more times this Combat. If you declared a Tokui-Waza, this attack stays on the table to be used 2 more times this Combat.
They do not nest (as in, all 3 times you get 3 attacks = 9 attacks), they add – you play it once, and it stays on the table to be used 4 more times. (= 5 attacks)
Now, if you had Tien in play as an ally and had him take over combat to use “Tien’s Power Stance” and in your next phase (after earlier stopping Saiyan Steady Stream with Saiyan Push) had Tien perform Saiyan Steady Stream, you would get the secondary of “use 4 more times this combat” twice, plus the original attack twice, giving you 10 energy attacks total. But how many Saiyan ally decks run Tien and Tien’s Power Stance?
Please tell me this name is intentional.
