General Blue is probably one of the only villains in Dragon Ball/Z/GT that I really wouldn’t want to have a drink with. What a slimy guy!
Fascist Drill is one of the slime mill cards the style needs. Right now it just has the paltry Blue Biting Drill, but slap a few of these babies on the field and now all your anger lowering cards start doing 2… 4… 6 additional cards of damage! Finally, a good way for the Blue Style to really punish anger!
A little bit on the wording. The card activates when your opponent “would” gain or lose anger, so this means that it will activate when your opponent loses anger while they have 0 anger. It will not activate if there is something that is preventing anger from being raised/lowered, like a personality power or a non-combat card, and you perform the corresponding action. Of course doing the opposite of the thing being prevented will also work, making the TS Blue Style Mastery an attractive option for a deck themed around this card. Also, since there is no General Blue personality this is not a named card.

Love it! Always was upset that the original idea of “blue lowers anger” and “red gains anger” never was balanced. It seemed red could gain much faster. This helps take out some one who is going to win by highest personality. Also helps against the goku sensei, great card.
Blue Fascist Meta-Cooler anyone?
My first thought after reading the card was “Whoa…. that’s way too powerful.” But, I never really saw Blue take off except for stasis decks (Either DB variants or MBS prevention decks). This helps expand Blue’s playability and opens up the opportunity for some different Blue decks to see the light.
I can see Winter Countryside + Victorious Drill + Fascist Drill causing some serious problems for anger decks.
Does this work with Aura Clash I’m guess yes and if so 3 of these with a clash is nasty. 36 cards mil on 1 clash

Yeah, it doesn’t mill for each anger gained or lost, just each anger effect. So using the Blue TS Mastery, that adds an additional anger effect to your Blue cards, which could allow for two different mill triggers in some situations.
*gasp* Somebody might actually abuse this w/ the TS Mastery?
i wouldnt use it with the trunks mastery. Only mp id try it with a17 with his ccpp lv 1 and do mill/dv deck. The problem with blue tho is that it doesnt have any way to protect its drills like orange and freestyle so when played vs alot of decks this drill wont last. Meta cooler also came to mind but i wouldnt want to try dv with him and he has a weakish base so id rather use MBS mastery so my attacks get a boost and i get the prevention.
This card is way over due good job! Please please make more cards like this and re due cooler for blue. It woukd be great ti see more different blue decks instead of db stasis. Please help orange cosmic styke trunks ts mastery! Its dumb that the mbs mastery is making orange energy beats obsolete 🙁
