One of the things that we heard from the community is the lament about the lack of good Vegeta Lv. 1 characters. So far, only the Cell Saga Vegeta Lv. 1 performs a halfway decent attack, while the rest are a combination of odd powers or random effects meant to help the fairly unfocused (from a design standpoint) Vegeta Named deck. There is barely any option for a Vegeta ally and every choice for a Saiyan deck is inferior to Broly, Goku, Gohan and even Cell! Se here is something, while not game breaking, has very practical applications to a few different decks.
The inspiration for this card came from a combination of Goku’s Berserk and Android 14, allowing Vegeta to just fly into a rage and tossing all the cards he doesn’t need right at the opponent’s face. We previously had discussed giving Vegeta the same power as Cell Lv. 1 with slightly better power stages or Saiyan Hurricane Kick with even BETTER power stages, before we decided to stick with this design. It’s simple, but get’s the job done. Maybe enough to bring up a Vegeta main personality for an Orange Vegeta’s Assault Deck.

Will just be spectacular in Orange. Vegeta pounds people with physicals? Sounds like a fun time.
I find this card spectacular in that one could play a deck with all defenses, and still pack a significant offense when needed. Red has some pretty nifty blocks and Drills to boost hand-size and offensive power. Fun stuff.
I would love a new level 5 for vegeta. Yeah, I know level 5s don’t get a lot of player, but vegeta’s only option is a pat+9 with power stagers lower than evil buu? Come on! At least it looks great, I guess.
This is pretty nice though, it’s quite a well-rounded level one. I’m a little sad that this seems like an okay option for vegeta named when you look at the alternatives though, there are 3 other level 1s that have powers relating specifically to vegeta named decks but they’re all just so average.
