Vegeta’s right hand man is here to serve the new Saiyan Prince well. Like his cohort Raditz, Nappa does some amazing things when you’re Just Saiyans.
At first glance Nappa is like a side of Saiyan Beef, except that he affects both players and it only lasts during combat. While it may seem terrible that he affects your personalities too, this actually gives him amazing synergy with the virtual Vegeta. You might be tempted to run that Vegeta as a Hero Ally, but Nappa is here to make sure that Vegeta remembers his evil upbringing. Once Nappa gets his attack off, Vegeta is going to stay at zero and your Saiyan allies aren’t going anywhere.
As an MP, Nappa isn’t too shabby either. Combo Nappa’s power with Cell’s Arena or the previously written about Saiyan Aggression Drill to keep your opponent’s power stages on lock-down. Unfortunately, you’ll have to find a way around Nappa’s relatively small PUR and pitiful power rating (at full power, his base damage against an opponent at zero is two).
