Kami’s Lv. 1 gets him warmed up for having plenty of Battlegrounds and Locations in play, but his level 2 and 3 really start to make you respect him as the Guardian of Earth (and all those locations within). The good Kami giveth and the good Kami taketh away. All those Locations and Battlegrounds you can put into play, starting with the Lv. 2 you can lock your opponent out of those benefits. Sure, you can’t screw your opponent with a one sided City in Turmoil, but you can stack combat in your favor with your own personal Kami’s Floating Island
