This is the final card for the Kami personality set, and it’s a win condition in it’s own right. Kami acts as the God of Earth, and here he does his realm justice. As creator of the Dragon Balls, with seven or more Battlegrounds/Locations in play he disperses the Dragon Balls around the world. If his energy attack is successful that is it. Once Kami gets seven or more Battlegrounds/Locations in play, be on the lookout for a Goku’s Farewell or any method to get that into play. Of course, that goes double if Kami actually makes it to Lv. 4.
