This past weekend, event registration opened up for Gen Con Indy 2013. For the 2013 event, JustSaiyan.com has a record SIX events going on this year: four panels and our big tournament plus a TUFF ENUFF event by popular demand. Here is a rundown of some of the things you can expect.Note: The anime panels and events have been accepted, but have not been given a time or location and are not in the event listings yet. We will have two panels, one on Dragon Ball and another on The Record of Lodoss War on Thursday (approval pending), and will
