The dust has settled from this years Championship and David Fashbinder skillfully piloted his Bojack Black deck to an undefeated record to take this years crown. We had 56 people play in this years tournament. Once again exceeding the amount of tournament space reserved. Next year I am going to reserve more space and hopefully the trend of needing more space will continue.
Congrats DBM
The top eight was very diverse this year. Featuring lots of creative and fun decks. Overall the field was very diverse and creative. People put a lot thought into the decks they were playing. You never knew what you were going to be playing in the next round. Match videos, tournament reports and decklist will be posted throughout the week after we have all recovered from another awesome Gencon.
Top 8

All of this years prizes were donated by former Score editior Will Harper. This allowed us to give out a few extra prizes for the poor person who came in 9th place. We also gave a special prize to the person who ran the most creative deck.
Robbie rocking Raditiz Freestyle!!!

Also, four people used Future Gohan in the tournament. Two using MBS, one WGS, and one TS (me). I believe it was the most used virtual card in the environment.
That’s what’s so funny about this. No one realizes that not only did John not prepare at all, only played the night before the tournament, not build his deck, and have next to no desire to play in the tournament but we almost left him home because he thought he wasn’t going to have any fun.

Anyone in the area want to play at geek kon in Madison the second weekend in Sept? I’d rather not put my cards away for the next ten months.
Raditz Freestyle!!!! What was his record? Ask him to post an article/deck list about it
I don’t know his exact record, but it was not good. He was at the bottom 6 table with me for the last game before the cut. (as pictured)
Wow. This is very nostalgic. Already got me opening up my old binder. Definitely going to try to make it out for 2013.
