Bulma gets lucky this season with yet another Lv. 1. She’s a great support character, especially with amazing cards like Bulma Finds a Dragon Ball to encourage her use as an ally. Vegeta and Kid Trunks got a little help last time, but we can’t forget Bulma’s first boyfriend who could use just a little push to greatness.
So obviously, there was a very specific Yamcha that we had in mind for this card. This Yamcha had always been at the cusp of Tier 2, with some pretty decent decks able to use him as an engine but he never quite hit the big time. We hope that this Bulma is that little difference needed to bring him around. Aside from her ability to turn Yamcha the Amazing into a recur engine, she also gives our hero a nice little damage boost. A first turn South Kai Sensei for Bulma the Playmate with the Trunks Saga Black Style Mastery could rack up quite some early damage, even more if you opt for Yamcha the Friend to get an extra attack for the early turn rather than the mid to late game dominance. Maybe combing Yamcha with the new Red Fireball Drill could be a winning combo (especially if Bulma Finds a Drill for him).
Of course Bulma can always stand on her own as well, giving her own attacks a huge boost as your Main Personality (as well as some protection from Gohan the Bookworm or Majin Pui Pui, hey it could happen). And don’t forget good old Captain Ginyu can get inside Bulma and take her powers for a spin as well.

Ok at first I wasn’t blown away by this card another Bulma lev 1. But it became better as t thought about it Yamcha did need some help, but then I thought about the new Captain Ginyu you guys made (which I’m a huge fan of) and now I kinda love the card. Good job guys.
This Bulma card has so much potential, especially when paired with that Yamcha card as you said!
I love this. The first virtual card of the site I approve of 100%. I actually had envisioned a Puar lv. 1 in my head that did the first part of your Bulma.
It was almost a Puar, but we decided to go with the sixteen year-old girl instead.
