DKP Level 3
While not the most changed from early development, this card generated the most discussion. We are not big fans of power caps, but realized this one should be kept under control. Only a level 3, it could be reached pretty easily and early in games. It’s still a potential HUGE attack with a devastating secondary effect, although the minor requirement of having your allies eradicated comes into play. This is DKP’s central theme — bonuses for walking over the corpses of your friends and enemies.
DKP Level 4
Isn’t this card awesome? It hasn’t changed much from the original draft, but we did tone down the power to make it prevention instead of reduction. It’s still in line with some of the better Level 4’s in the game, like Trunks. We wanted a great reward for getting to level 4 with a pile of dead friends, and something for opposing ally decks to totally dread. If you’re a talented deck-builder and have good game-management skills, you can time your play to get to level 4 once you are ready to sit back, relax, and watch your opponent deck out.
wow, that level 4…. sheesh is that too powerful? I love it but buddy with the right design, that has some oommpphhh. The choice with the dragonball seems like a smart choice. Do dragon balls already in play for a player still have their effects if they continue?
To play means physically place onto the table top. So if you have a DB on the table, it has already “been played” before you reach level 4. Playing and using a card are different. Like you “play” a non-combat when you put it down onto the table, and you “use it” when you activate it’s power whenever.
This man has it straight. Playing and using are separate actions, but both occur when you play Physical Combat, Energy Combat, and Combat cards.

Love dat level 4!
So what deck type seems the best for King Piccolo, I wanted to do namekian but I’m afraid he’ll get stuck at level two, then I was thinking red but then you lose some great cads from namekian.
What do you think? I mean you can just oura clash but I try to stay away from helping my oppont in those ways.
